Reading All Night

Book problems

All I want to do is read, but I have so much homework to do this weekend . Ugg.

Everybody Ready.....

For the perfect Valentine's Day movie? I know you all are.

I freaking hate the trend of splitting the last movie up into parts.Seriously , fucking stop it. This does not need to be two parts!!!!

Reading progress update: I've read 25%.

VIcious - V.E. Schwab

   I am seriously going to have to buy me a copy of this book.Like now! I seriously love Victor as a character. I always worry when I start having a favorite character mostly because I seem to have a bad track record where my  favorite always dies. Ok , not always.Sadly, it has happened enough times now that  It makes me worry.

Daddy - Madison Young

For a book about BDSM , the author spends way too much time talking about her daughter.I really don't care to read about that stuff. Quit it, author, freaking quit it  !! I don't hate kids, I really don't. If I wanted to read a novel about the author's child, though,  I would. That's not what I signed up to read so the scenes with the daughter are boring .

SPOILER ALERT!

Reading progress update: I've read 13%.

VIcious - V.E. Schwab

"The moments that define lives aren’t always obvious. They don’t always scream LEDGE, and nine times out of ten there’s no rope to duck under, no line to cross, no blood pact, no official letter on fancy paper. They aren’t always protracted, heavy with meaning. Between one sip and the next, Victor made the biggest mistake of his life, and it was made of nothing more than one line. Three small words. “I’ll go first.” "- Vicious page 47

What Kind of Reader are you?
What Kind of Reader are you?

The Realist . I think it is sort of funny that my deciding question was what I thought of celebrity baby names .If I had picked fun instead of crazy , I would have gotten Girly Girl.  Yeah...no.

It's that time of year again

The time of year where most of the books I read will be textbooks.

Amen.
Amen.

Posting Now because I am to hyper to read

  I realize it is not exactly midnight yet, but I just don't see myself reading anymore today since  I am too hyper after watching the new series of Sherlock  Not going to spoil anything because I don't want to be one of "those people".Anyway, my brain is just all over the place , which means I am just not going to be able to focus on reading anything. Sort of sad since I didn't read at all today, oh well.  I had a fun reading week. Also, I totally forgot to do an update yesterday.

Frustrated is the best way to put it. I didn't get to read much today at all because I was out and about today for hours getting other stuff finished. Hopefully I can stay in tomorrow and just read. I am really really enjoying Double Dexter. Like I said yesterday, it is really reminding of the first Dexter book, which is my favorite of the whole serious. Really hoping I can finish this one tomorrow and start and/or finish something else tomorrow as well.

Not sure what happened today, but I felt unmotivated to read. Starting off by trying to read Profiler,again. Didn't get far and for some reason just wasn't feeling it. Then, I started on the Dexter book. I really got into it. Course, then I  got distracted and unmotivated. Got on youtube, watched some videos, and then the day was over. I am hoping for good weekend of reading. Really want to try to finish as many books as I can this week.

*Books I read from the library:2

Discovered that I can check out ebooks and audiobooks online from my library. Oh no.

* Books of mine that I have read: Zero

Something I need to work on since one of my goals this year was to read more books that are sitting on my shelves and less books from the library.

 * Participated in:

 Reading Tactics mini challenge

 * How I'm feeling:
A bit better than yesterday, though I felt like I  could have read more today. Competitions make me extremely competitive so I am trying not to watch other peoples vlogs or read their blogs too much. This is suppose to be just for fun after all. I am trying to do the challenges and whatnot early on in the day so I can spend the rest of the day reading or trying to read without  getting distracted by the internet and whatnot.
